Ingredients
2 oz. Carabuena Tequila
.75 oz. Cucumber Juice
.5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
.5 oz. Hoja Santa Syrup
.5 oz. Lime Juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fine strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber slices.
Hoja Santa Simple Ingredients
128g Hoja Santa Leaves
128g (~½ cup) Sugar
128g (½ cup) Water
Hoja Santa Simple Instructions
Heat water in a small saucepan on the stovetop. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add hoja santa and boil until it simply gains color from the leaves, roughly 10 to 12 minutes.
Syrup should be a nice rich color. Let sit for 20 minutes before straining leaf bits from syrup.
Cucumber Juice
Use a juicer to juice one fresh cucumber.
