Verde de la Envidia

1. 2 oz. - Carabuena Tequila
2. .75 oz. - Cucumber Juice
3. .5 oz. - Yellow Chartreuse
4. .5 oz. - Hoja Santa Syrup
5. .5 oz. - Lime Juice
6. Method - Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker and fine strain into cocktail  glass. Garnish with cucumber.

Hoja Santa Simple

1. 128g Hoja Santa Leaves  
2. 128g Sugar  
3. 128g Water
4. Heat pot with water and sugar stir to dissolve.
5. Add Hoja Santa boil until simple gains color from leaves should be 10 to 12 minutes.  Look for rich color always taste and smell the simple. Let sit and settle for 20 mins. Fine strain leaves from simple.
