Cara de Pina


2 oz. Carabuena Tequila

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Ancho Reyes Verde

.5 oz. Agave 1:1

Garnish: Tajin Rimmer, Pineapple Slice and Fronds


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into a small rocks glass. Add fresh ice, rim with Tajin, and garnish.
